The form and your messages

The website does not store data entered in the form. The form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser; you review it and decide whether to send it. Opening WhatsApp does not send the message automatically.

If you send the message, WhatsApp, a Meta group service, processes data under its privacy policy. George Dobritoiu uses messages only to reply and discuss your contribution.

Messages are kept while the discussion is open and agreed follow-up steps remain. They are deleted when the discussion ends or you withdraw your interest; you may request earlier deletion. Any further retention is limited to data required for a specific legal obligation or dispute, for the period justified by that purpose.

Purpose and lawful basis

Replying to messages you initiate and discussing your contribution relies on the legitimate interest in handling requested correspondence, under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Only data needed for that discussion is used. Technical hosting and security rely on the legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure. Message data is not used for marketing or automated decisions.

Hosting, cookies and analytics

Vercel processes technical access data to host the website. See Vercel’s privacy notice.

The website code does not set cookies or include analytics or tracking tools. When you access WhatsApp, that service’s own policy applies.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and portability where applicable. You may object to processing, subject to applicable law, through the WhatsApp channel above.

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Romania, this is ANSPDCP.
